Craig S. Allen, MA, LMFTCraig is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Minnesota. Craig enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals. Some of his clinical interests include marriage and family issues, stepfamily concerns, interpersonal-relationship issues, men's issues, anger management, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma/posttraumatic stress disorder, parent coaching, spiritual concerns, grief and loss, and divorce recovery.

Craig’s therapy approaches include Adlerian psychology, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and family systems. Craig is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH counselor and has partnered with couples and blended families seeking to strengthen their relationships. Craig is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR; trauma therapy).

Craig’s professional affiliations include: American Association of Christian Counselors, Clinical Member of American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and Minnesota Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

In my personal and professional life, I seek to encourage others in the social, psychological, and spiritual areas of daily living. In my office, I provide a caring environment where constructive change, growth, and healing can occur.
